Just wanted to tell you the ribs were fantastic. We served them at family labor day get together and they were a huge hit. Some of the best. Cooking as you suggested is a dream -- love the taste, tenderness, and mess free aspect.

Thank you very much, I received the order today and the product is excellent. I have tried a few different places so far and nothing has been great. Your ribs are wonderfully smoked and delicious. The pork is quite tender and tasty.
I also like the way you pack in small sealed portions. It will make usage much easier. Some people send a big frozen chunk and it’s hard to defrost it each time we want to cook just a little bit.
